ആരവം 2021 Begins!


Day One of ആരവം 2021 !

The most awaited day of our Community living camp is here. We were really happy to inaugurate our camp.


The hosts for Day one of ആരവം 2021 were Bismina S (me) and Surabhi. Malayalam was the medium of hosting for the first day. We got much appreciation from our special guest who inaugurated our camp and also from our honorable Principal, Vimalakumari ma'am, teachers, and also from our dear friends. Happy that we could satisfy their wish. 



Prayer is actually talking to God; Almighty; the creator of the whole Universe. We have begun our first day of the camp with prayer. Chithra P.C recited the prayer and with that begins ആരവം 2021 by 10:30 am. Sreelekshmi, a first-year student welcomed all to the event. 


Chinthitha.N. delivered the Welcome speech for our special guest Swami. Gururatnam Jyana Thapaswi. She introduced him to the audience. After the speech, everybody got an idea about who Swami is and what all are his achievements. 


Our Honorable Principal, Vimalakumari ma'am delivered the Presidential address. She shared her valuable memories and experiences which were keenly listened to by the students.



ആരവം 2021- Five day Community living camp was officially inaugurated by lighting the lamp by our special guest Swami. Gururatnam Jyana Thapaswi, Our Principal Vimalakumari ma'am, Our Administrator Saharajan Sir, Second-year student representative Akhil A.G, and First-year student representative Amith Mohan.


Swami. Gururatnam Jyana Thapaswi delivered the Inaugural speech. He delivered such an informative speech that he made everyone think about the need for being a good teacher and also how to be a good personality so as to be a human resource for the nation. 



Our College Administrative Officer, N.Saharajan Sir provide warm greetings to all who gathered there and also welcomed everyone.



Our Student Representative, Akhil A.G. delivered greetings on behalf of the students for the event.



Arya Gopan shared our love, happiness, and respect to our guests and all who gathered there through the vote of thanks.




As a token of love and gratitude our principal, Vimalakumari ma'am has given momentum to our special guest, Swami. Gururatnam Jyana Thapaswi.

The Inaugural ceremony came to an end by 12:30pm. After that students were given a Lunch Break and all of them were asked to join Arts & Craft session by 1:40pm. 

Arts and Crafts Begins!





In order to enhance the creative skills of students, Arts and Craft session was conducted from 2:00-2:50pm which was led by Bismina S, Rani, Ligitha, Vidya, and Akshaya. Each of them was given a group and they were asked to engage each group in creating things. Thus Five groups finished their works by 2:40pm which was really astonishing. Everyone cooperated very well. Everyone was interested in doing things rather than moving apart.

Day One of ആരവം 2021 came to end by 3:00pm.
It was such a memorable day with lots and lots of beautiful moments.

We celebrate Onam on 31st of August and 1st of September, 2022 at our college. Day 01 : On the first day, we have arranged games like musical chair, lemon and spoon race, vadamvali, sundarik pott thodal etc... We have started the day by 10 am and ended the celebration by 1:30 pm. Day 02 : On the second day, everyone wore ethnic dresses and we put athappookkalam, arranged megathiruvathira, had onam sadhya, played some games and left the college by 3:30 pm. We had lots and lots of fun. College closes for Onam vaccation on September 01, 2022 and will be reopening on September 11, 2022.

Teaching Training 2023

The third Phase of Training for Prospective teachers began on June 27th of June and ended on August 09th. As prospective teachers, we are supposed to complete 30 lesson templates which for me is about two units including six chapters. On the previous working day of training, we went to the schools and collected the portions to be taught and the timetable. With that, we have started preparing lesson templates, teaching aids, notes, etc... I was asked to complete my training at Muslim Girls Higher Secondary School, Kaniyapuram. Week 01: June 27, 2023 - June 30, 2023 Very very happy to join the school for training where I have studied from my HS to HSS. Met HM, Shajitha's teacher who taught me Malayalam during my school years. Hand over the letter from the principal to her and join for training. She asked me to meet Taresh Sir, Head of the English department, who taught me English during my school years and also was the teacher in charge of my 10th standard. Met Taresh sir and rejoice...
