Day Three of ആരവം 2021!

Day Three of ആരവം 2021 !

It was day three of our camp. Time flies like anything.
Another beautiful morning for
ആരവം 2021.

The hosts for Day three of ആരവം 2021 were Nimisha and Kavya. Malayalam was the medium of hosting for the third day.

We have begun our third day of the camp with prayer. Akhil.V.. recited the prayer and with that begins the day by 10:30 am.

Chinthitha delivered the Welcome speech for Sri. Vattapparambil Peethambaran sir. She introduced him to the audience as a great poet, writer, social worker, etc...She welcomed him on behalf of the students for the talk.

Sri. Vattapparambil Peethambaran sir made my day !
The session was so much valuable for the students as he mentioned to us the need for good Malayalam. As we are living in a society where a person who doesn't know Malayalam is considered as something great and they degrade those students who are learning in Malayalam medium school. He made us take a pledge for seeking good Malayalam.

He utters our responsibility to give value and respect to our mother tongue. One can pursue as many languages as he can but he/she should always give respect to their mother tongue. He also says about the need for bilingual teaching in the classroom. He speaks about the need for clarity in pronunciation and all. It was a great class and we all are blessed to be seated in his classroom thereby being his students.

Roshni A delivered the vote of thanks to Sri. Vattapparambil Peethambaran sir.

As a token of gratitude and respect our honorable Principal, Vimalakumari ma'am presented him with momentum.

With that ends the first talk of the day. Students were given a tea break for 10 minutes.

Akshaya delivered the Welcome speech for the Fire and Rescue Service team. Provide technical advice for building plans in respect of machinery and structural layouts to facilitate escape from fire rescue operations and fire management; Inspect and offer technical advice on fire extinguishers. Offer rescue and evacuation services to those trapped by fire or in other emergency situations and also provide awareness to students regarding fire and fire rescue are some of the notable services provided by the Fire and Rescue Service Force.

The Fire and Rescue Service team took a class on what is fire, how fire occurs, how can we distinguish fire in case of emergency, what are safety measures we can follow. They have an interactive session with students and teachers.

They taught me the different knot methods that we need to be aware of in case of danger.

They taught us how to use fire extinguishers for A, B, C and D categories of fire respectively.

They taught us how to distinguish fire which comes from Liquified Petroleum Gas.
It was an awesome experience for us. They explained every minute detail to us and also gave answers to all our queries.

Sree Vidya delivered the Vote of Thanks to the Fire and Service Team.

As a token of love and gratitude our honorable Principal, Vimalakumari ma'am presented the officers with the momentum.
With that ended the second part of the day.

Students were given a lunch break at 1:00 pm and they were asked to join the stage by 2:00 pm. The officers were also invited for the lunch. We served them, the students, teachers, and non-teaching staff with Chicken Biriyani. We had a delicious lunch.

The cultural programs began at 2:00 pm. The cultural programs were conducted by second-year students.

The hosts for the cultural programs were Kavya and Arunima

They have arranged songs and dance performances and performed everything very well.

Everyone enjoyed the events. They have given us mesmerizing dance performances and also solo songs, suet songs, and group song performances. With the dance program, their cultural program came to an end by2:50 pm.

Muhsina shared her review for day three of our community living camp.
The day ends!
