Day Five of School Visit

 Day Five - 21/01/2022



Our last day at Govt HSS Ayirooppara. The school seems silent as we have classes for 10th standard students only. We reached the school by 9:30 am and after the prayer, we went on to sign the attendance. Today we got so many free hours as we have finished all our work by the fourth day. 
Today I felt like the school becomes a school only if there are students of LP and UP as they were very much innocent and they make noise and that noise gives life to the school. Today I felt empty when we roam around the school. 
As it was our final day we went on to HM, all the teachers, and non-teaching staff to express our gratitude for providing us with such a platform for understanding the way of teaching, how to draw the attention of the students, how to make rapport with the students and all. 
We are very much thankful to all who provide us with their immense support, blessings, and confidence in dealing with the students. After having lunch we left the school by 1:00 pm.

We celebrate Onam on 31st of August and 1st of September, 2022 at our college. Day 01 : On the first day, we have arranged games like musical chair, lemon and spoon race, vadamvali, sundarik pott thodal etc... We have started the day by 10 am and ended the celebration by 1:30 pm. Day 02 : On the second day, everyone wore ethnic dresses and we put athappookkalam, arranged megathiruvathira, had onam sadhya, played some games and left the college by 3:30 pm. We had lots and lots of fun. College closes for Onam vaccation on September 01, 2022 and will be reopening on September 11, 2022.

Teaching Training 2023

The third Phase of Training for Prospective teachers began on June 27th of June and ended on August 09th. As prospective teachers, we are supposed to complete 30 lesson templates which for me is about two units including six chapters. On the previous working day of training, we went to the schools and collected the portions to be taught and the timetable. With that, we have started preparing lesson templates, teaching aids, notes, etc... I was asked to complete my training at Muslim Girls Higher Secondary School, Kaniyapuram. Week 01: June 27, 2023 - June 30, 2023 Very very happy to join the school for training where I have studied from my HS to HSS. Met HM, Shajitha's teacher who taught me Malayalam during my school years. Hand over the letter from the principal to her and join for training. She asked me to meet Taresh Sir, Head of the English department, who taught me English during my school years and also was the teacher in charge of my 10th standard. Met Taresh sir and rejoice...
